This radio does not work. Only static. Used rewards from credit csrd to obtain. How do I get my reward points back?

I have purchased this color changing speaker 2xs and love it! It is easily portable and easy to use. A great way to listen to my music via my phone or other tech device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently and the pros are that it's very lightweight and has multiple connections options - bluetooth, AUX IN, USB, SD Card, and has FM receiver. The cons for me are mainly the battery life seems short and wish there was a better way to manage the FM Radio and presets, like manually program the presets. Possibly the sacrifice was made to keep this speaker lightweight and that is why the battery life is not long, option carry an external power bank.

Good sounding speaker! Great for the price very compact and durable material for the price and wonderful LED lights probably the best speaker I own today.
