Instant Pot - Precision 5-in-1 Electric Dutch Oven - Cast Iron - Red

Returned the first one, quit working after a couple of months . The idea seemed to be a good one so I bought another. The controls were never totally functional. We use it mainly for stewing and now thats become iffy. Where can I send this for repairs.

item doesn't work well as a slow cooker and the coating on the pot isn't as durable as other enameled cast iron I've owned. Chips and burns easily. Bought this when it was a new product, so I paid original price. Now avaialable new for less than half what I paid, but I'd say still not worth it. Tried to replace pot, and Instant Pot STILL doesn't offer replacement inserts. They advised me to buy an entirely new unit. Won't be happening. Complete waste of $$

I've purchased this Dutch Oven several months ago, and it has quickly replaced all of the other similar small appliances in my kitchen. I love the fact that I can cook so many different ways all in the same pot. While the slow cook function appears to cook more quickly than low on a normal slow cooker, that actually works to my advantage. If I need to speed up what I am cooking, I can use one of the other functions or move it to the stove top, all without having to transfer to another appliance or dish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dutch oven is absolutely beautiful the red cast iron pot is awesome I was very excited to try my first meal with it I made meatloaf the instructions are so easy to follow my meatloaf cooked in half the normal time I couldn't wait to cook another meal with it so my second meal was a pot of beans and to my surprise my Dutch oven cooked them in no time I love everything about this instant precision Dutch oven it's my new go to cooking friend in the kitchen
