JBL - Clip 3 Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Gray

I used it twice and it stopped working be a good brand named item I never thought it would not work properly so I discard the box and receipt and can not return now

Got one to hang on the mirror of my motorcycle. Unfortunately it wasn't loud enough at highway speeds (decent in town though). The front clip fell off first time it hit the ground, easy glue gun fix. Yet that isn't what inspired this 5 star. The sound is great, as a true clear speaker of high quality should, the fact that it stayed outside (without the face cover) all winter (Ontario, Canada). Found just today (full spring thaw, maybe) thought no way it would work... But it blasted as the day I pulled it out of the box! Great product!

This is definitely a knock-off product. No where on the box does it say JBL and the emblem on the front looks hand painted. If you’ve ever had a legit JBL speaker before, you’d know this is a fake. It sounds muffled/echoed as soon as you turn it on. Stay away from this product or inspect it thoroughly. Very disappointed in my purchase.

Used this for 2 season on my golf bag, until the clip broke. Contacted customer service for a replacement and basically suggested I buy new. A quick YouTube search showed me how to quickly disassemble the until and replace the carabiner, to me that part should be readily available. Very poor post sale service.

As a musician, sound quality is very important to me and I am so impressed with the reviews for this speaker. Love the portability of it as its small enough to bring in my backpack to be ready wherever I end up each day, hanging with friends or just enjoying music while I work or study.
