JBL Quantum 100 is the best Gaming headset I had in long time the next evolution for gaming devices like ps5, xbox, pc including mobile
Bought this about two weeks ago in the hope it would act as a replacement/backup for my failing work-from-home headset and an XBox gaming add-on. Unfortunately it doesn't do either. I plugged it into my laptop and have sound but no voice, no matter how many settings I adjust. The other night I plugged it into my XBoxcontroller and heard nothing. This is despite the box suggesting it should do both, something I was very mindful of before purchase. While it wasn't expensive, it appears to have been a waste of money.
After two months, it's not working now. I plug into my computer, the sound still came out of my computer. It was working before. Also, I made two purchase with the mic, both mic are not working. The first one I thought it was an accident so I bought again, mic still not working. I bought another mic alone. Really disappointing
