Because is is trash because of the volume it is max and it still feels like it's low

why asked battery life? This is wired phone that doesn't have battery. Good sounds quality

i bought this headset about 2 months ago and the sound quality is good but my only problem is that the part whare the ear peace connects to the head band just starts so crumble and I have only been able to keep it alive with super glue

I bought the jbl quantum 400 over a month ago and they started to crack from the sides where you rotate them, the pieces started to crack even more until the broke. i have bought the jbl quantum 200 before and they broke in less then a month, then i went and replaced them and then the same problem happened. so i decided to buy the jbl quantum 400. all the quantum series have poor build quality. I handled all the headsets with care; didn't drop them, didn't throw them or bend/twist them but they still broke every time within a month. But their sound quality is excellent. if they had a better build quality, they would've been one of the best headsets in the market. don't recommend these
