Horrible experience trying tom just use the keyboard. Cannot find any app to control it. I bought the keyboard to have a light under the keys. But the thing shuts down the light and I have to wake it up when I want to use it. Why is this so hard? All emphasis is on the stupid earbuds and the kleyboard pepople are left out to dry.
This keyboard has so many great features: backlit keys, lightweight, rechargeable with a type C charger, customizable shortcut keys, volume dial, able to pair it with a JLab mouse to use a single usb adapter. The keys respond well and are fairly quiet. It works great. Overall, a very nice keyboard.
I bought this one month ago. It should be programmable, but that doesn't work at all with my Windows 10. The manual doesn't help. The app for programming doesn't help either; it doesn't give any ideas on what to do. There are no instructions on how to program it. The app just leads me to a page where I could buy a new one
I discovered this keyboard on TikTok and, curious about the hype, decided to try it. As someone in need of a new keyboard, I was pleased to see JLab offering one. Having previously used their earbuds, I can confidently say that this keyboard is fantastic. Returning home from work to use it brings me immense joy. The soft-touch keys feel seamless and light, encouraging me to write more. It has motivated me to fully explore its capabilities. I hope more people discover this excellent product. Well done, JLab!
It's great however, there should be an option to configure letters for keyboard models that don't use type: I live in Brazil and here we have Ç and question marks in different positions that I couldn't use via the keyboard to solve the problem I use the numeric keyboard = alt (64 for ALT + 63 and ALT + 128 for Ç) if there was a shortcut on the keys that accepts recording, that would help. I will send a photo of the standard note in Brazil IBM abnt 2
