Weird ingredient not listed leaves a noticeable smell and taste. Ruined
Marinade larger meats or add to browned ground meat - smoky and flavorful either way.
I'm not sure, it's way too Smokey and I agree has a bit of a funky taste going on, maybe it's the ancho? It's not bad but I most likely won't use it again, McCormicks is the way to go if you like the classic beef taco flavor.
I bought some, liked the ingredient label, tried it, and never want to use another blend again. It is a little different tha. the grocery store packets but I think it has a lot more going on and it is really good! Chicken or beef or shrimp, this seasoning blend is where it's at - just LOVE Kinders blends in general but I now am convinced there is no other taco blend that can Come close.
Husband brought this taco seasoning home tonight for taco dinner. The sauce was good and definitely unique, definitely would stick out in a blind taste test, and I'm not saying that in a bad way, it's good! The only issue, it's way too salty. If you have a way to lessen the salt factor, do it, then it's perfect!
