When checking ingredients, I realised it was also fortified, I usually add banana, blueberries to enhance the recipe. However, these are soft, with no funny texture and happily accepted by my kids. They make many servings of pancakes, a full bag is worth the price.

Yes these are the best gluten-free brownies if you really miss boxed brownies that have a crispy top with a fudgy center! I'm so happy I found these ones. That crunchy top is soooooooooooo good and reminds me exactly of the ones I use to make from the box as a kid. And honestly I don't think any other brownie will top this for me. Boxed brownies with crunchy top are the BEST

This is the best gluten-free brownie mix that I have tried. I usually bake them, cut them into individual pieces, then wrap them, and store in the refrigerator. I like the chewy texture when they come out of the refrigerator. They have a super chocolatey flavor and are quite sweet. Actually, sweeter than I would like; so I add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to the mix. It knocks down the sweet flavor.

As someone trying to eliminate gluten from my diet, I was trying different kinds of gluten free flours containing different types of ingredients. The taste was not bad, I only used it for making my gluten free bread. It's a bit pricey for the size but I must say it's good to be able to have some gluten free bread.
