[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have other KitchenAid appliances and other brand over range micro was due for replacement. Counter top air fryer was also tired. I saw this and immediately found what I wanted. Looked at a few other brands but this was the best choice. Definitely what we needed as far as features; microwave, convection, air fry. Looks fantastic and works great. Should have done it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a competitor's version for ten years and it had its issues throughout that time. So far my new Kitchen Aid is showing its better heritage. Easy clean up and no fingerprints are the first pros. The defrost cycle and air fryer cycles may take longer but they product far better results. For the heat cycle I do not have to dismantle everything as I did with my old oven, which is always a plus. Easy to learn, which explains why there are very little written instruction on using it. My only issue, which is not an issue, is that it is to quiet. Very difficult to hear it while its running and the pleasant chimes when done cannot be heard while I am in another room. You see not an issue. Microwave has come a long way since my first 1984 Quasar countertop, and there have been many more since. I love it!
