[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge and freezer work well, BUT every time we reach into the vegetables drawers, we get cut. There are other sharp plastic edges in other places as well. I can't believe that's an issue with a brand like KitchenAid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, after two months of usage, the KitchenAid KRSC700HPS seems to be a decent product. Relatively quiet (but we do not have the ice maker hooked up). Good lighting. Consistent with other reviews, the drawers on the fridge side are flimsy and cumbersome to operate. On the freezer side, the ice maker takes up lots of room on the door, and protrudes into the cabinet, leaving pretty small storage capacity on that side. The ability to digitally adjust the temperature settings is good, but I wish they had also given you the ability to read the actual temperatures as well. Seems strange to have all this technology but still have to use manual thermometers placed on the shelf if you want to monitor compartment temperatures. All that said, we did a deep dive on reviews of all the fridges out there, at all price ranges. They all have issues. This fit well in our space and seems to be operating just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great so far. The only reason I purchased it, however, was because it was literally the only fridge with water and ice option that fit in my surround. I say that because over a period of a few years my previous Kitchenaids failed for assorted reasons and were replaced 3 times. So I'm obviously skeptical but optimistic.

Please do not buy this product because of my small space I had I chose this refrigrator 2 times the fan stop working and once my husband open the plastic wall we saw the foam under the plastic that covers fan and elements inside refrigrater if full of mold which is health hazard .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 2 months ago to replace mine that got hit by Hurricane Helene. I love everything about this refrigerator/ freezer. Lots of storage room, makes plant of ice even thought the ice cubes are small. The only thing that might could be quieter is when the ice is filling with water.
