[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I miss the flatware rack at the top. I have to touch the tines and spoons to tremove from utensil basket. My dishes are thick and they do not sit up easily in the rack. My thinner plates do sit upright, so I have to purchase thinner plates for best cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this dishwasher except the silverware holder. The spaces are to large in the base. Top plate holes to small so I removed them. Even so it does a great job getting the items clean.

The layout of the top and bottom trays worked for us and we could see the similarities with this one. The install went smoothly and the instructions offered good details. We've had the dishwasher for a month now with no concerns.
