KitchenAid - 30" Built-In Double Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless Steel

This is a dream oven. The convection with the probe is my favorite feature. Although I have not yet gotten a chance to use that feature I know I am going to love it. My first batch of brownies came out Perfect. Everything I have baked so far has turned out great. Looking forward to the holiday baking season.

This oven replaced my Thermador. I was satisfied with the Thermador for years but the motherboard failed three times. After considerable research I decided on the Kitchenaid. After three months, several loafs of bread, quiche, pizza, pastry, and roasts I'm confident that I made the best choice. Easy glide shelf, double convection, auto converting temps for baking, and temperature probe! The quick preheat is also a nice feature. I never realized so many advancements have been incorporated into these ovens. Very happy.

This replaces my Jenn Air double oven which was twenty years old. Before purchasing, I did extensive research and selected this Kitchenaid double oven mainly due to its features, quality, and ease of use. Both ovens are self-cleaning and have temperature probe capabilities. The EasyConvect conversion system encourages me to use convection over standard baking. This oven also matches my Kitchenaid french door counter depth refrigerator, which I purchased at the same time.

Waiting for parts. Apparently the blower fan that cools the electronics failed. But it was not diagnosed the first time. Put in a new fuse. That failed quickly after it was repaired. The fuse blew a second time and now realize that the fan is not working to keep the electronics cool.
