Microwave fan keeps running even after cooking has stopped Very loud and annoying

We purchased this for our complete remodel of our kitchen and it was installed April 15,2017. I have already had to call KitchenAid on the microwave on the fan motor. They have to install a fan unit into it! I have only had it for 3 weeks! This is not a good way to begin. I hope this will resolve the issue, and this is not a repeat of problems to come. The jury is still out.

Only had this for a month but I am super happy with my purchase. I had a GE profile and cooking in it one night it would not cut off and I had to turn off the breaker at the panel for it to cut off. I decided to replace it and I searched for what my wife wanted and settled on this unit. We could not be happier with its performance and also its looks. It really is a serious upgrade to what we had before and we love the sliding rack what a plus. We are still learning all the things it can do but it is great so far and also super quite when the fan is on for cooling which helps since our family room is right beside the kitchen.

Bought this a month ago. Took some time getting used to microwave only 900 watts. I didn't think they made microwaves less than 1200 watts anymore. Oven takes forever to heat up also. Other than that works great.

I bought this oven right before Thanksgiving and we had the best food ever. A lot of other reviews complained about the timer not being loud enough but it can be turned up. My one suggestion is to keep the manuals and go through them because there is so much to learn so the oven and microwave can be used to their full potential. Using the connection is very easy, the oven converts recipes for you. You can microwave bacon on the crisp pan and it's delicious. We had to replace a wonderful 25 year old kitchenaid that finally went out. All future appliances will be kitchenaid.
