Bought this a month ago. Took some time getting used to microwave only 900 watts. I didn't think they made microwaves less than 1200 watts anymore. Oven takes forever to heat up also. Other than that works great.

saw it in the showroom, bought it, once it was delivered, door not attached, screws loose in the bottom of the box.door not flush with the mirco-wave. had another one delivered with the same problem only now with the micro-wave. took several service calls and techs coming out to "fix it"! quality of workmanship is poor. no quality control. Tech admitted that there have been many problems with the unit. wouldn't buy it again! waiting for the other shoe to drop!

I bought this wall oven for all the amazing features. During our remodeling of the kitchen we moved the microwave in order to have a over the stove top hood. This created the need for a wall over that offered the combination of a microwave / oven wall oven. I wanted the wall duel oven features. This was the perfect solution this oven does it all and looks great in our new kitchen. The blue interior on the oven is very classy. The crisper feature works great, make cooking fun!!

We owned the previous model at our last house and loved it. When we upgraded the kitchen in our new home, we purchased the same model - just a couple of years newer. I'm sad to lose the ability to dehydrate fruits and veggies. In addition, if you are using the lower oven, you cannot use the "add a minute" function with the microwave. The older model was more intuitive. The microwave/convection oven is difficult to get clean. It still takes a long time to get to the right temp. Those are the cons. Other than that, everything works very well
