Not in love with the constant clicking and magnetic wave sounds. i would have totally preferred a gas stove over the new next big deal stuff. I bought KitchenAid pots and pans with hopes that the clicking would stop... it didn't. Kind of my only disappointment in the new kitchen.

This cooktop is awesome! Easy to use and works as it is advertised. Boils water in less than 1 minute. Induction is definitely the way to go! It doesn't cool down quite as fast as I had expected but none the less it cools down way faster than a regular cooktop.

I absolutely love my induction cooktop. Faster cooking, precise cooking temperatures and easy cleanup. If you like to cook with gas, then this cooktop would be good for you. It cooks like gas but you don't get the heat from around the pots and easy to keep clean. Smartest thing we ever purchased and would recommend this to anyone. I will never have anything other than an induction cooktop. We purchased the cooktop, convection double ovens and dishwasher for the kitchen remodel that we did and we are so pleased with these products.

I have had a gas stove for the past 25+ plus years. I just moved to a new home and could not have a gas stove. I researched for the best possible cooktops and I found the KitchenAid Induction Cooktop. It is AWESOME. It cooks so fast and the heat is regulated instantly. I absolutely love it. *Note: I did have to purchase all new pots and pans because they must be stainless steel or iron in order for the cooktop to get hot. However, that was pretty nice, too, to get all new stuff! :)

Our first induction cooktop so we're getting use to it. It looks wonderful with our black granite countertops and blends right in for a super sleek look. We did discover that our existing Calphalon Cookware isn't compatible with induction, so we'll need to replace our entire set. We're sure it will be worth it.
