(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this on Boxing Week and really pleased with how easy it is to operate the 5 burners

Well within couple weeks the first delivery was a 2017 model, with smooth grills, shine, but oven wouldn't get up to temp..set at 500 got to 425 after 30 minutes.. So they replaced it with a 2016, tough grills, no shine, oven door not sealed but temp gets much better.. Now waiting for #3..??? Ugh [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We received this at the end of the summer and did not really start to use it until fall. Discovered one burner was not properly seated and caused soot. Repair was prompt and efficient. Now have discovered that the oven is off by approx 25 degrees and am waitiing for parts/repair. Service is good but am disappointed by issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The only issue that we have with this stove is that when the oven is turned on the knobs controlling the burners heat up. In fact if the oven is on for over 30 minutes the knobs are so hot you have to use a pot holder or cloth to touch them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The range was delivered exactly two weeks ago, and I still haven't used all the features. The appliance is extremely easy to use, especially if you love to cook---it's practically "idiot-proof". Every feature guides you through the process on the display panel. The oven, though very large, does not overheat the kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. We purchased this range in the hope we would never have to buy another one, and so far, it's living up to our expectations. It proofs dough, for heaven's sake! How cool is that? Anything I rated as less than 5 stars, is simply because I haven't quite mastered everything yet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
