The enamel scratches and I can't find any touch paint. Don't buy this

I could not have made a better choice. Firstly the range is just beautiful. The grates on the top are very sturdy and do not move even with a very large pasta pot on top. There is also no slipping because the grates have a rough coating on them. The oval centerpiece burner is perfect for longer dishes.I was amazed at how much faster the water boils. The upper and lower oven is so convenient. When I need to bake something smaller like brownies or lasagne, I use the upper oven. Its great to use both together when making multiple dishes. The preheating function is super fast. The range is so easy to use. No studying of the instructions necessary. Basic and simple, no mess no fuss. I am extremely busy and do not have time to waste. This range fits perfectly into my lifestyle and is stress free to operate. The display is large and easy to read. Upon opening the upper or lower oven you are surprised by the beautiful blue interior. Overall a great range. The only negative I have is that the timer is very quiet and if I am upstairs it is hard to hear If you are looking for a beautiful yet functional and easy to use range, look no further. Best appliance in my kitchen right now!!!!

I bought this almost 2 months ago. I love the double oven and the style. The burners cook well as well. On the griddle the middle cooks faster than the front and back sections. Didn't give a 5 star due to the difficulty of cleaning the stove top. Scratches easily due to grate design and after cooking on the stove top I have brown marks. I have followed the MFG guidelines in cleaning however unable to get them off. I have emailed Kitchenaid but haven't received a response yet. Love the stove however the stainless top more difficult to clean and grate design makes it easier to scratch the stainless. The timer on Convection bake is more difficult as it ask for you to set time before the oven has reached it desired cooking temp. so time goes off before its time. I bought it two months ago to have a beautiful stove. So far works well as I expected (my previous stove with less than 1/2 price after 12 years is working perfectly). However, it is very hard to clean it. I read about it in the reviews before buying it, but did not pay attention because it was only one review about cleaning. It gets stain even from clean water, and if you use anything other than a soft sponge, you see scratch marks. I don't understand why they used this material for a stove. The metal scratches easily. Every mark shows on the surface. Don't know why they didn't use new technology for the surface. The preheat and finish beep are the same and tooooo low to hear from another room. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
