Bought ours a year ago. Its very difficult to mantain clean and now one of the oven racks is broken. My husband has been in the phone with your costumer service for three hours just bouncing from person to person with no help or answer yet. And we bought extra guarantee! I wish we could just return it and buy another brand. Piece of crap for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received our KitchenAid Commercial about 6 weeks ago and love the range portion of the stove, the oven temp is spot on and nails the cookies or any braising. Two issues that have risen up are the rolling oven rack seems to roll inward even with a replacement rack and being perfectly level and there's a screw for the lower panel that appears to be stripped as the panel slides down so there's some frustration there. Overall a solid device but there's going to be a service call that needs to happen so that is on the list.

My Kitchenaid oven Failed to Ignite after I turned it on. I didn't notice until I Smelled Gas while I was in the Living Room. The Kitchen had a strong Gas Smell. I Turned off the Oven, opened the Window and my Wife and I left the house. An hour later, we returned, the smell was barely noticeable. Thank the Lord we turned off the gas before we had an Explosion! The repairman replaced the Main Board. Remember, this is a stove less than 6 years old ! Our Original Oven had a device that Automatically turned off the Gas if it didn't Ignite. Kitchenaid Ovens Don't Have This. I not only Regret purchasing a Kitchenaid Oven, I feel it Necessary to Warn potential customers of the Danger that they might be exposed to.

The first version of my review was a bit harsh because I was frustrated by the vague and at times contradictory instructions about how to use the oven. My main issue was that the oven doesn't give you any specific information about temperature, only whether preheat is ongoing or the oven has reached desired temperature (so if you set it at 350, you won't be able to check whether the oven is at 250, 300 on its way to what you initially set, something that I actually like to know) Instructions in English make no sense : "color of oven dial will turn red when preheat is completed" / "the light will turn solid white and a tone will sound when the preheat is complete." If you're Quebequois you will be able to find out proper instructions in French. This was particularly confusing for us when we used the convection mode, but we were eventually able to figure it out. At first I thought that the app was useless, but for that too it took some getting used to. Now I kind of like it. As others have pointed out, the lowest position for the rack doesn't work for the pull-out rack. It touches the cover of the bottom broiler and it also bangs into the door when you try to pull it out. So we had to leave it at the second lowest level, and we'll see in a few days if our Thanksgiving bird will fit. Despite these reservations and some stress at first, the oven delivered a PERFECT roast when we tried it the first time. Just perfect, crispy on the outside, medium rare just like we like it inside. And the powder blue color is just gorgeous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grills on the stove stain easily and am unable to remove stains. Very disappointed for the amount of money spent. I'm meticulous in cooking and cleaning. Very little that falls in them hardly can be removed. I contacted Kitchen Aid and they said only 30 day cosmetic coverage and wouldn't replace them even though warranty is still in place.. This is not cosmetic, this is the function of the grills covering the flames.
