What's included with this service? • Laptop diagnosis and triage • Laptop repair, including: Replacement / repair of non-functional components • Loading required software / drivers for component functionality • Software re-installation / hard drive replacement, if needed (Customer approval required) • Testing to verify laptop functionality after repair • Note: Laptop must NOT exhibit signs of physical or liquid damage • Shipment to and from our Depot Repair Facility • Additional fees may apply if there is screen or other physical damage Laptops are ineligible for service if they are and/or exhibit: • Apple Computers • Microsoft Surface Units • Configure-to-Order, Custom-Built (White Box) or Gaming PCs • Tar/Nicotine Damage • Insect Infestation • Physical abuse (drops, run over, etc.), liquid damage, power surge or multiple hardware issues How does it work?
