Large Galvanized Backyard Windmill - 11' 6"

Not happy with this product doesn't work. Keeps breaking and a little bit of wind

Bought the windmill as a decoration for our garden. Overall the windmill is designed well and produced with quality components. Assembly and installation was fairly easy and only took us one afternoon to accomplish. The only problem we had was getting the fan to run smooth. The single row of ball bearing allows the fan to wobble quite a bit; a double row bearing would help.

We absolutely love this windmill, the galvanized steel color, the height, and the fact that you don't have to cement it in we're all reasons for our purchase. The only complaint would be the directions that accompanied the windmill, they were very difficult to understand. Thankfully my husband is very handy and was able to figure it out on his own.

I had shopped at local stores and on-line looking for a windmill that would last a few years. I bought the 11.5 ft. size and have only positive reviews about every aspect of the product. Delivery was quick, after only a few moments of confusion, I put it together myself. The materials used are of excellent quality, I received all the parts needed and we now have it installed in an open lawn area that receives a good amount of wind. It is very stable, large enough to make a nice impression and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

I have had other Decorative metal windmills but none compare to the quality of this windmill. This windmill is better built and constructed of better material. I will have to anchor it down with a better system (screw in system) because of 20 to 30 mph. winds that we get on the gulf coast along with sandy soil conditions. It should last longer than the cheaper ones I have purchased in the past because of the galvanized material it is built with, also the bearing used for the fan is far superior of others. I use the windmills for rodent control, underground rodents do not like the vibrations put out by the mill when it is turning. This is good for about a 40 ft. radius in my soil conditions.
