Levoit - Aerone 129 Sq. Ft True HEPA Air Purifier with Replacement Filter - White

This unit is a great size for a nightstand and seems to be helping with all the pet dander in our bedroom. It’s very quite on the 1st setting, very loud on the 3rd, and the 2nd setting sounds like a white noise machine with slightly higher volume. I normally sleep with a white noise machine so I don’t mind, but it might not work for you if you need silence to sleep.

Very quiet on medium or low speed, tolerable on high if not trying to sleep. After first night on medium, wife woke up next morning and said her scratchy throat from mouth-breathing was gone (she has COPD and asthma). Night light option very handy for 0-dark-30 bathroom trips.

The compartment where you put in a new filter at the bottom of the purifier is verrrry difficult to open! I could not manage it myself and took it to my car mechanic (when I was there for an apppointment), and asked him to twist it off. He struggled too but finally, with rubber gloves on, could get it to open! I have two of these purifiers and that is true for both of them. I called Levoit's customer service and they did not offer me any solutions. Not helpful at all!

Cleanse the air and my house smells so fresh I don't see dirt like I use to I bought two one For the bedroom And one for the living room I would recommend this to everyone

Love that its able to eliminate second hand smoke from neighboring apartments in my building. However, not sure how well it works with cleaning allergens because husband still experiences allergy symptoms. It probably helped him not to have it as bad but it definitely works for the second hand smoke nuisance. We will probably need one for each room though to be more effective. Lowest setting is quiet for nighttime runs.
