LifeProof - NËXT Case for Apple® iPhone® 11 Pro - Rose Oil

I bought this case and was very excited to get it and I received it in the correct amount of time. When I opened the packaging I very quickly realized that this was not going to be what I expected and wanted. It feels very cheaply made and looks like it would scratch very easily on the back. The sides also make a creaky sound when held tight in my hand. In the pictures the view of the back looks to be a dull kind of finish but it is the opposite it is very shiney. I have bought multiple Lifeproof cases in the past and really liked them and this case may be fine for someone else but to me this case is not worth the money that I paid.

I have had this case for 2 weeks now....i thought it would just take some getting used to. I had read the reviews that said this case creaks (which it does) but generally have been very satisfied with their cases in the past so figured that overall it would still be a good case and I thought it might be nice to not have an extra screen over my camera. However I wish I had stuck with Fre. While the case stands up as far as drop protection, it doesn't do anything for dust. I took my phone out of the case today and there was dust around the edges of the phone and caked in the cracks. I wrote to customer service and am hoping that we can figure something out where I can exchange this case for the Fre as I know that case is good and works for me. I'm still a loyal customer of life proof but in my opinion unfortunately this case falls short of their usual standards which is too bad. I'm counting on their great customer service and customer loyalty though to hopefully still come away happy and satisfied with Lifeproof. I have not found a case comparable to them and I love the confidence I have on my phone safety with their cases....i wanted to branch out and try the NEXT but I think from here on out I'll still with the good ole original case from now on.

Lifeproof is usually my go to case, this time I'm a little disappointed. Received my original case and installed and it seemed to just not fit right. It flexed and creeked and wasn't tight. Contacted customer service and they were great, sent out replacement immediately. Got the replacement and it fit the same way! Not sure what the deal is, I guess I have to live with it, but it is annoying. I hope it doesn't affect to drop protection. Not the quality I expected from my past cases.

This is my second phone that I have bought this case for. It kept my last phone in mint condition. I work in a dirty job and with previous phones I would get dirt in my charging port and it would stop me from being able to charge my phone. I bought this case because of the charging port cover and not only did it keep my ports clean but kept my entire phone in like new condition.

I had the lifeproof next for my iPhone XR. It is an excellent case. So I bought the same style for my iPhone 11 Pro. The black sides click when I grip my phone and they indent. It's a very cheap feeling to the product and I'm not sure if they all do that now or if I just got a faulty one.
