Lifetime Kid's Monkey Bar Adventure Metal Swing Set with Slide and Trapeze Bar (90143)

I purchased the Lifetime Monkey Bar Adventure Swing Set 3 year's ago. It has survived Hurricane Michael & Hurricane Irma. I contacted their customer service about their 5 year warranty, and noted some items that would benefit from replacement. They have upgraded those items since I originally purchased the unit, and promptly shipped me replacement parts. I recall the set was easy to assemble as well. I highly recommend this set for adults & also kids, and I am very happy with the whole customer experience.

I already reviewed the Swing Set a few years back when I bought it, but this review is for the good customer service I've received in the past five years since I purchased it. Lifetime stands by their products! They sent me the parts to fix it after it was crushed by a tree!

The set is well built and the directions were easy to follow but the kit was missing one little piece, and one large piece came damaged. I emailed Lifetime about the missing piece and they immediately shipped me a replacement. The damaged piece (dented ladder in two places and painted over) I told them I wasn't too concerned with because I already had it assembled, but I certainly expected a response to. They didn't even mention it. A little disappointing considering how expensive this set was. All in all though, it's a great set, I just hope yours doesn't come with dents in it.

I purchased this swing set for my 7 year old son, and he is so happy with his new set. Such quality equipment and I was able to assemble it by myself within 2 hours. Easy to follow assembly directions, plenty of the correct hardware and everything lined up perfectly.

I'm about to swing set online it looked like quality and had lots of features when I received it it was came in a box that I could handle the parts were well-marked the instruction booklet was very precise and easy-to-follow was pleasant to put together and it looks good when it's done thankful that I bought it my grandkids will love it
