Lime-A-Way Liquid Toilet Bowl Cleaner, 24oz Bottle, Removes Lime Calcium Rust

This really works with hard water deposits. Lime away is one of the only products that I have found that will remove the limescale without scrubbing forever!!! If you have hard water this will save you hours of valuable time. Just DO NOT use on metals and watch where you set it down as it will cause damage to painted products or metal.

I live in a 1970's era apartment building with a water softener for the hot water only and no filters (Cheap, greedy owners) so I've found this to be the only bowl cleaner that does what all are supposed to do, remove hard water deposits The cleaners with bleach IMO are a colossal waste of $$$. Toilets don't need purified (bleached/chlorinated) water unless you're drinking from the toilet.

Used the Limeaway on hard water stains in the toilet left from a previous tenant. I had never seen such a large thick hard water stain before. I had some kaboom bowl blaster left over and used that first. That made a lot of progress. They discontinued the kaboom so I decided to try the Limeaway to help get rid of the rest. I used half the bottle of Limeaway and let it sit for an hour then used a scrub brush . It made progress. I took most of the water out of the toilet and used the other half of the bottle of Limeaway and let it sit for another hour then used the scrub brush and completed most of the rest of it. Still a spot so I'll need to get more. First picture is the before the Limeaway but after the Kaboom. I didn't take a picture of it before the kaboom unfortunately. Now a much Nicer shinier white toilet. Will buy more.

This is the best toilet bowl cleaner ever made. The bowl will stay longer and shine. No other product comes close to cleaning like Lime A-Way. It disappeared from grocery stores where I shop, and I have to have this so am so happy I could buy it online. Nothing compares. Love it!!

PROS: ~ Works like any normal cleaner ~ Decent common scent to it [Like black licorice] ~ Good average amount ~ Green in color CONS: ~ Doesn't really remove the rust stains ~ Not "gel" like or thick enough to stick on side wall of toilet ~ It's more like runny liquid Bought 2 of these and been using them for couple of months now.
