Listerine Ultraclean Mint Floss 30 Yards (Pack of 4)

I was mad when you discontinued the Reach Gum Care with fluoride woven floss and I had to switch to the Listerine Gentle Gum Care woven floss, but now I'm livid that you don't offer any woven floss. I tried the ultraclean floss but was disappointed on the first use. I had a difficult time holding on to the floss tightly around my fingers, was difficult to get in-between my teeth, and will constantly snap when I'm three-fourths done flossing my teeth. I took the dispenser with me camping in Florida, not sure if it was the humidity, but the floss turned into a sticky ball that was impossible to pull floss from. Now I'm relegated to tryout random floss ordered from random places on the internet.

Nothing compares to Gentle Gum Care Woven Floss. I will search everywhere until I find another woven floss, but will not buy anything from you until you bring it back. I am a dental hygienist, retired after 43 years of practice. Why on earth would you discontinue a product that works so well and that so many people love?

I am a practicing clinical dental hygienist and have been using gentle gum for over ten years myself and USED to recommend it to my patients. I bought it in bulk when I suspected you were discontinuing such a wonderful product. It disappoints me that as a company you would discontinue such an amazing product that actually worked and replaced it with mediocre alternatives. I will say I no longer use your floss products and do not and will not recommend them to my patients as I feel there are better options out there than what you offer even if they are not as good as the gentle gum woven floss.

I am a HUGE fan of your woven floss and have been using it for years. I have gum disease and found that to be the only floss effective given the spacing between my teeth & gums. I tried this product and it does not work in my mouth. It sticks and only partially removes particles. It is far inferior to woven floss for my mouth. For those of us that rely on the mechanics of your woven floss, please bring it back!

Used to be a loyal customer and would only use the woven floss. Now, using this subpar, stretchy replacement makes it impossible to have the smooth control I used to get with the woven floss. You've lost me as a customer until you bring back the old floss.
