My hair and nails have shown great improvement. My skin is becoming more supple but my hair and nails has shown great improvement.
Mixes easily in my morning coffee, has virtually no taste so doesn't interfere with the coffee taste.
I do like your beyond collagen but I don't see any difference from the collagen peptides. I think I will probably go back to the collagen peptides.
I have liked the Beyond Collagen this month, it seems very fresh and I'd dissolving good in my coffee, and it doesn't have an oder!! Thanks!!
I was using Nutrafol for a year, got great results but very $$$. Started doing research found Beyound Collagen & Hair La Vie, made my purchase. . . . . saw the same results as Nutrafol but for less $$, made my 2nd purchase & my hair dresser says she feels the difference in my hair. I highly recommend this company & you save yourself $$ too. I shared my product info with my hair dresser so she can share with her client too.
