L'Oreal Paris Colorista 1 Day Hair Color, 70 Green, 1 fl oz

I really loved this new product from L'Oreal Paris. It is super convenient for the period of festivals that arrive, it adds a nice touch to the look. I also like the fact that the product remains only 24 hours, it is practical and the product removes super well and quickly. I loved the result was amazing, my hair and most importantly, my hair was not damaged. After only a shampoo, my hair was already as before and they were still soft and beautiful and the color was all gone. I really recommend this product and I intend to reuse it in other colors!

As someone that enjoys a little bit of colour in my platinum hair from time to time, I love the option of a colour that is both easy to apply and remove. I've struggled with always guessing how long a colour is going to last in my hair, but this one is a quick wash out and doesn't leave anything. Running it through the strands of my hair made for a quick change up as I added the silver blue shade to give an icy look to match my denim style. Most of the strands air dried by the time I was finished, but I blow dried my hair to set the rest and then styled my hair as normal with some waves.

I was so excited to try the new one day hair makeup in violet! I love how easy it was to apply ( no gloves needed & the dye just washes off in your hands so no need to worry about staining your fingers ) . Since I have black hair I used more than that was quoted on the steps to create a brighter look! What I loved even more was that I didn't have to commit! I was able to wash it off completely in one wash with some shampoo and conditioner! This is perfect for those days you feel like spicing it up!!

As someone who has never dyed their hair, I was a bit worried about how it would work. But applying the product was super easy to do with just my fingers and it washed away cleanly with no staining on my hands or styling tools! Once dry, the product truly is transfer resistant as I had no issues with it rubbing off on my, my clothes or my pillow cases! I absolutely loved the pop of color it added to my dark blonde hair. For maximum color effect, I wouldn't recommend for anyone with hair much darker than mine though. My only “issue” with the product was in regards to styling. While the instructions said to Style per usual after applying, it also indicated that the product may change the texture of hair. I did find this to be the case as I was NOT able to do loose beach waves with a flat iron. As soon as the iron would hit the coloured area, it would not side smoothly through the iron plates. So I suggest styling first, then adding the product and then touching up your styling. I did a se a flat iron to straighten and it worked ok. Did not have the opportunity to use a curling iron but I imagine it would work ok. The product remained in my hair until the next shampoo and washed away cleanly, with no evidence of color. I didn't have high expectations for this product as I had previously tried the semi-permanent version of this for dark brown hair which didn't have a favourable result when I last tried it. With Topbox Circle's free sample, I thought I would give this another try since it emphasized that it would work on dark brown hair. I wouldn't say that I very dark hair as an East Asian (my hair has not been treated with any dyes), however I use great amounts and eventually turned to rubbing the product throughout my hair upon my numerous failures in trying to create streaks of blue. More colour showed up for a while but as the product dried down, mostly of what remained was the shampoo-like scent, unpleasant texture-y "crispy" hair, and my regular coloured hair with an odd greyish tint at certain angles that leaves silvery blue deposits on my hand when I run my hands through my hair out of habit... #freeproduct #trywithtopbox
