Mainstays 3-drawer Chest, Cinnamon Cherr

I am so glad I bought this dresser. I have way too many clothes and I thought it would be best to buy a dresser since my closet is packed. Very good quality and very sturdy. A lot of different pieces to put together but the final product is worth the time & effort. I would definitely recommend this!

For $50 we are not talking antiques here! I wanted a dresser. It arrived with all assembly instructions, and so may 'bits'. You simply have to lay them all out, take your time. And for me, this is a 3 drawer dresser that fits my needs.

If you are going to go ahead and spend money on a chest I would go for a better quality. This fit my needs, however I wish I would have spent a little more in order to get the quality and the durability.

Very nice piece of furniture solid and well made , took me nearly two hours to assemble by myself no problems if you follow the detailed instructions .I am happy with this purchase I am planning to buy from this manufacturer the five drawer chest soon.

This is the second time that I've ordered this particular set of dressers. Three years ago, when we were expecting we bought two of these and put them together and put them into the baby's small walk in closet. Two, side by side, along one wall of the closet almost gives the dressers a built in look since they almost take up the whole wall (only about a 2.5 inch difference). The first set of dressers has held up fine and the drawers that used to have to be yanked open no longer stick. For this time around, my husband and I put together two of these. Together, it took us a little over two hours to get these assembled. It comes in many pieces (presswood/fiberboard). These are laminated pieces that are not the highest quality. There was one piece that had a couple of chips on the corner, but it was not noticeable once put together. Overall, I think that these are great for a kids room and can be dressed up by adding a chrome or S/S handle instead of the included plastic white ones. Once we got these together, the bottom drawers on both of the dressers were kind of sluggish opening. However, like the first set of dressers, I believe this will loosen up with time and use. Overall these are great dressers if you look at them with a $50 expectation in mind. They are not solid wood and you should not expect so at this price point. Some holes may be drilled slightly off center, but nothing any adult couldn't overcome. I would say the biggest con about these dressers is the amount of time it takes to assemble and the biggest pro would be it's price. You get a nice looking dresser for $50...nothing to complain about. :)
