Mainstays Offset Outdoor Umbrella Base

This weight is much more attractive than the bag of dog food I had been using! It has nice lines and blends in well with the patio furniture. Works well to balance umbrella without being too clunky looking.

I am very pleased with this umbrella base. I was surprised at how big it is but it gets the job done. It is easy to fill and I love that it is portable .

We had to send it back as the wind level in our Back yard was too intense & when I also ordered The huge plastic umbrella holder it was defective So very very discouraging & disappointing ! I've returned it All!!

Though it's a great price. The pieces are made of plastic that hold top together so i don't see it lasting long. Also just the slightest breeze sends it swinging uncontrollably.

I ordered an umbrella from another retail chain in which they did not state that the umbrella would need to be either attached to a deck or have a separate base to allow it to stand upright on a patio. After much angst as to whether I would be able to even use it, I found this base on Walmart.com. I was so delighted when it arrived and fit perfectly. I especially like that it is empty and in order to weight it down you can either use water or sand. I filled ours with water and now we can enjoy our umbrella. Also, the price was extremely reasonable which was such a relief since I had spent so much on the umbrella. Thanks Walmart!
