Maytag - 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Stainless steel

The microwave has a mfg date of March 2021 The lower light stays on with 124 vac being supplied to the bulb at all times no matter wife high low or off is selected. My guess is a relay switch on the motherboard is shunted closed Being that the unit is less than 4 yrs old I would think that this problem should not happen so soon. My concern is if the motherboard is burnt what else might be going on. Is this a fire hazard or shock hazard? I would not recommend purchasing this product and be careful about any other purchases Where is the quality of parts and craftsmanship
