[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 2 years ago. It's the worst washer I've ever owned. Takes 2 hours for 1 load. Nothing gets clean. Sometimes the soap isn't even dissolved. Wish we could retune it. Will NEVER buy Maytag again.

Have had this washer maybe 3 years now. In that time, the agitator apparently wasn't working for a mystery amount of time, and it doesn't seem like it does anything different for deep water wash, it might even use less water than it does for auto sensing. Things need to be washed multiple times, and I cannot recommend this machine at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the instrument panel is so easy to use for results . the amount of what to wash , full, medium, light, is great. be careful how you load because during the spin process the washing machine will may cause vibration and walk due to unbalance .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer just about a year ago, this washer does a good job washing, better than the other ones we had. However we had an issue with the sensor and the lid lock. Personally I don't like the lid lock, sometimes I need to add something to wash and seems like I have to start the cycle over again, or the sensor isn't working right. It finally quit mid cycle with the lid lock on! BUT... the warranty company, Allstate, has been great to deal with and is responsive and timely! Because of that, I'll give 4 stars!
