The lower spinner came off and then the plastic piece melted on the heat dry. Though an inconvenience. The new part was hand delivered on the Tuesday. I called th on the Thursday night. Since then no issues at all and it cleans very well. For a good affordable price. I would recommend both on the product and the after sale commitment.
