(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this dishwasher to replace our 20 year old model. I selected it for the steam clean feature, but also for it's quietness rating. It is so quiet we don't even hear it when it is running. It was easy to install, but I have one complaint. The elbow fitting that is needed to connect it to the copper water supply line, is not included and has to be purchased separately. (Apparently all manufacturers have gone the CHEAP route and none of them supply this part. POOR BUSINESS DECISION TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS!!!!!!!!). Overall, an excellent dishwasher.

We installed our new washer a month ago to replace our older Maytag dishwasher that had finally succumbed to years of milk scum (I make a lot of cheese), hard water, and kids who don't believe in rinsing dishes. So far, this one has all the old features I loved (cleans unrinsed dishes, high temp wash and sanitizing rinse) plus the third rack. With 5 kids, we go through a lot of dishes and this means I usually only have to run it once a day. The newly configured mide rack fits bowls more conveniently and a wide array of glasses. The third rack is perfect for thermos lids and gunk stuck in cups. Aside from the third rack, my other favorite feature is the removable basket for catching food waster at the bottom. No more carefully balancing to reach the depths of the machine while scraping who knows what up off the screens. This one just pops out for easy emptying.
