If my daughter had been taking these for a longer length of time during her pregnancy we could of better judged how much they helped and made a difference. But with the small amount we received from the Spark Reviewer Program it wasn't enough to really be able to ascertain the benefit it may have produced. But my daughter did say she never experienced any of the problems this product is designed to eliminate. And she certainly never experienced any kind of side effects. My personal feeling is that it's a high quality product that a lot of thought went into producing it.

Best probiotic I've been on hands down! I have a problem with regularity. With this probiotic I have had no troubles! Other probiotics I've tried have worked at the beginning and then stopped after a week or so.

I started taking these (been about a week and a half) to help with digestion for myself but I also hoped I would pass on some probiotics to my little guy via nursing. They seemed to have helped some, but they did seem to cause a little gastrointestinal distress the first few days. I'm rating them 3 stars because once I got used to them, they've been helpful to my gut but they haven't seem to help much with feminine health (what I was hoping for because I've had postpartum discharge since birth. My son is 17 months now. Doc said probiotics might help, but I haven't seen any change). May just need to take them longer. I love that they are individually packaged. I would recommend these if someone is already used to lower doses of probiotics.

I am writing a review for the spark program of the Mother's prenatal & postnatal probiotics capsules. This product came packàged with the pills individually sealed in foil packets in a box; which was both good and bad. It helped me to keep track of whether or not I took the medicine and kept the pills fresh and dry,but the packets were sometimes difficult to separate. This would cause me to open more than one pill and looking for other ways to keep the pill protected. This positive was that I really appreciated that there was no aftertaste or lingering odors once swallowed. The capsules were gel and smooth making swallowing easy. The pill informed you of additional supplements to increase benefits for postnatal needs. Overall I was satisfied with this product and would recommend.

Early Life Flora Women's Probiotics : Prenatal & Postnatal is well packaged and labelled to give me the right amount of information. EarlyLife Flora specifies the probiotic culture (5H1) and guarantees 20 billion CFU in each capsule. It also include organic cranberry powder. I really like the size of the capsule and it's easy to swallow. If you don't want to swallow it, you can simply open it and mix the contents into yogurt or a drink. I like that the capsules are individually wrapped. This makes it easy to put in the diaper bag as well as keep track of how many you have left. Overall, great product!
