I bought this for my daughter and so far she hasn't complained

We bought Charmin Basic over a generic brand because we trusted the brand name Charmin, but the product is so extremely thin that we find we have to double it over several times to be able to use it. I'm very confused about the advertising and good reviews, because it's the worst toilet paper I've had the misfortune to spend my money on.

I used to be a loyal Charmin customer. Now that they have cut the roll 1/2" shorter I will no longer buy it. Seriously, enough is enough!!! The price is high to start with, then shorten the roll?? It even looks silly on the holder!!

I love this type of Charmin because it is basic. I don't want any perfumes or additives in my toilet paper because I am allergic to them. Strong and absorbent without all the fancy stuff.

Grabbed this product thinking that it was the same as the usual Charmin ultra soft that I buy and was disappointed with its quality. It's very rough in texture and does not live up to the Charmin quality.
