[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're like me and feel like you can take on the world on a bright sunny day then YES you need the Energize light therapy lamp from Merkury Innovations! The doom and gloom of those dreary winter days hits me hard and this light has honestly made me feel so much peppier and happier this past month, baking cookies wasn't a "chore" and the house got fully decked out for the holidays, first time in quite a fews years. After doing the sensitivity test as recommended in the directions for use I felt confident that I wouldn't have any unwanted side effect after the first 15 minutes of use, and over the last month I've gradually built up to a full 60minute cycle. Being able to adjust the warmth of the light is really a great addition, first thing in the morning I prefer less "coolness" on my old eyes. The touch buttons on the front of the unit makes it so super simple to customize to your own preferred level and the sturdy easel back keeps it from tipping over either way you decide to use it. I'm very happy that no weird odors or heat emiit from the unit even after the full 60 minute cycle. No worries about someone touching it and burning their tiny fingers. My grandson is completely in awe when meemaw is in front of her lamp and I love knowing there aren't any harmful UVs... And no goofy high pitched whistling noises to stir the dogs either like some of those lightbulbs do. My lamp has truly made my holiday merry and bright :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this light on numerous occasions but I'm still not sure it helps in any way. I have tried every tone color and brightness for a minimum amount of time to be fair on it. It puts out a good amount of light and if you are using it near a computer it will interfere with your sight of the screen if used the way it shows. I feel after using it for awhile and leave the area that it takes a bit for my eyes to readjust. Other wise it does put out good light that is either cool or bright which ever you prefer and is pretty simple to adjust. And at the size of a tablet it doesn't take up much room at all.

I can change the settings for the brightness and timer. It has helped me tremendously overall. It comes with a nice little stand attached and a USB-A to USB-C cable. I love it.
