It is the best FaceTime ever!!! Pictures and voice chat are so clear and understandable.
Will be returning this is not a wireless portal.
1st time user. Simple and great with calls.
Got this for my mother so that she could see her family members on a nice size screen when she is talking with them. It even puts contacts pictures on home screen so that she can just touch a picture of who she wants to speak to for no dial convenience. Easy set up with great features.
My portal stopped displaying all my pictures. It now only displays about 5 or 6 photos over and over. I've tried everything including factory reset. Apparently there is no fix for this. So sad. We had really enjoyed it. Now I'll have to throw it away.
