This controller is better than I expected and I love the audio jack for headphones!!! I didn't even know it had it! This fixed a audio problem I had with my computer. So happy with this controller!

TRASH. The triggers will definitely fail you. This controller has tons of reviews on how faulty it is. The thumb sticks easily pop of during intense gaming because of how they are designed.

I've waited patiently for years to purchase a Series Elite controller. My gameplay has improved 100%, now not allowing me to keep my thumbs off the sticks, rotating maps, and engaged in gameplay throughout the environment. Pvp, and pve. The controller is responsive and brand new with no issues. There is a warranty through Microsoft for issues you may encounter. Overall 10/10.

Love the feel of controller, expensive but well worth it if you're a gamer, get at least a 2 year warranty and and a good silicone cover to protect the controller from drops, I made a mistake and did not buy a cover for it, just one drop on a hard wood floor and it can easily break hence the warranty and a good cover for it
