Mini Utensils

We haven't used them yet because my son doesn't get the concept of utensils, but I do like that they fit the baby's mouth, that they have a thicker handle for easy gripping, and they're weighted on the handle so my son doesn't accidentally drop his food while trying to get it to his mouth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a good size for our little one, but after ordering these we discovered his preference was to eat from metal flatware vs the plastic ends of the mini utensils. We're expecting number 2 in October so I'm glad to have options!

Wolfcub was & still is SO FRIKKIN EXCITED about food. Picking it up at the grocery store, washing (if necessary), preparing it and most importantly eating it!! Recently the first foods spoons have been on the small side. She's started tossing them to the floor or handing them off so she could just use her hands instead! I ordered a Mini Utensils set and got a factory mix up box! LOL. They gave me 2 mini spoons, EZPZ's customer service is do polite, prompt and fast as HECK!! Once we got the new proper set Wolfcub was in love. She can stab her meats & veg with ease! These tools are the perfect size (length, grab-ability, weight ed)for my 3' tall 13 mo old to eat with. The sensory nubs are once again perfectly placed for fast independent learning!!

I bought these after starting with the tiny spoon with an 8 month-old. After a long stretch of minimal interest in utensils, my 19-month-old son has really taken to using the mini fork during meals. It's the perfect size and seem to do well in the dishwasher so far. The head of the mini utensils is a harder plastic than the tiny spoon, so the fork can really stab food much better than you'd think at first glance!

These utensils are perfect for little hands. I'd say that they're better for toddlers closer to a year old. My daughter is 2.5 and they're a little bit small for her mouth, but they still work out and she doesn't seem to mind the size. Like all EZPZ products, I'm very happy with the quality.
