Miss Jones Baking Co. Gluten-Free Carrot Cake and Muffin Mix

I was surprised due to it being gluten free. And the texture was moist and soft. The packaging was cute. Miss Jones is a beautiful lady. I'd recommend you try these.

The texture came out moist and fluffy, and it was super easy to prepare. I added some chopped walnuts and a cream cheese frosting, and it tasted like it came from a bakery. Definitely keeping this in my pantry for when I want an easy, delicious dessert!

The clean ingredients of the mix set themselves apart from other brand’s boxed mixes. This carrot cake mix has real carrots and amazing spice you taste with every bite.
