Mobicam Ultra Color Video System

The image is good and has good night vision. It is not huge like other camera monitors. However, it is not portable because it does not retain battery life. It also has lots of static, so it keeps coming on even when baby is not moving or making sound.

We received this monitor as a gift when our daughter was born a year ago. We only started using it when she was about 5 months old and starting to sleep in her crib. It worked fine at first, but the batteries ran out fast so we started just plugging it in. After awhile, the battery cover and clip fell off. And now the cord seems loose connected to the monitor so it's hard to keep the power on. We are now looking for a new monitor that has rechargable batteries. But the night vision and the picture were pretty good while it lasted.

I bought this product for my newborn, and tried it the other day. There are only two channels and neither work. I read the troubleshooting ideas, and it suggested turning off all cellular phones, wireless networks, and removing any other electric interference. In this day and age, who doesn't at least have a cell phone? This product would only work out in the middle of an empty field!! Not worth the money.

After the monitor was on for 5-10 minutes the picture would go to all static. I tried the "troubleshooting" tips and nothing worked. I ended up returning this monitor and getting a different product.

Buying this product is just a waste of time because you will have to take it right back. There is constantly static, and you see more snow on the screen than you do your child. I am very dissapointed and upset with the fact that I have to turn around and take this product right back and try to find another monitor that will work without waking me up all night because of the noise. The nursery is right beside my room and this product wont even reach past the nursery door. It has been an overall horrible experience!
