Issues back and forth with 3 broken pieces. It's been months. . Looks cute but barely functional. Roosting bars have bad mounting hardware. Impossible to clean. Have to remove entire roof and still hard with roof off. Wish I could return but used for 2 months. Really needs a side door large enough to clean properly.

It came in 2 separate boxes which was great. I opened it up to start building it. And they don't even put directions in there so who knows? How to. Build? Any of this? And then. I tried to call the number of course nobody answers are the directions at to beldes

This is a awful coop! The instructions are TERRIBLE, having 2 people will help a lot. At least 5 pieces chipped or broke while assembling my chickens more or less refuse to use unless they have too. The other smaller coup I had from TSC they went in every night no problem at all. Did all the tricks to get them to go in and they won't unless it freezing or raining. Other positive thing is the size for the prices is a good deal. But not worth it

It had one spot that was damaged but thankfully it's on the inside so it won't be seen.. It was a little intimidating at first because of all the pieces and parts. But once we got it going by FOLLOWING EACH STEP of the directions, it went pretty smooth. And laid out all the parts before hand in order. The delivery date was put off a couple days but still here within reason. I wouldn't have wanted to pay full price but since I caught it on sale I went for it! Pretty happy with it this far. I believe we're going to mount it on a pallet so we can mice it around.

Just what I needed. Easy assembly, easy to modify for my needs. I knew I wanted to add a window, I put it at floor level so I can open to clean out with a broom. If you have a power driver it's very easy to move the nesting perch brackets up higher. They are almost at floor level as assembled. I put it above the door and left the other one out. I did not find the material brittle and it did not crack despite me taking a saw and drill to it. I also screwed in 4 little square patches of wood in the corners as I did not like those gaps. Warning -it comes in 2 boxes and only one came the first day so I was freaking out thinking I was missing pieces. Second box came next day. I also switched out the door for an automatic door and made a bigger ramp. I am using a heat lamp inside right now. Live in the north and my chicks are just 8 weeks old. Very happy with this coop. Also a grandma :)
