Nexcare Instant Cold Pack

My left shoulder has been sore for years and I used a gel which did not work. Started using the Nexcare Reusable Cold Pack and immediately felt relief. I use it at least twice a week and can feel a big difference. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love this pack, our daughter put a first aid kit together and put this in there, we were out camping one weekend and she fell, this being a instant pack help as we didn't need to freeze it it was just ready to0 go. This product is wonderful! I was looking for something for my boyfriend to use for his back. Being Nexcare is a familiar brand and one I trust, I picked this up for him to try. We both love the fact that it IS reusable. He lays on it for 15 minutes at a time and it HELPS! The fact that we can throw it in the freezer after he uses it, and keep reusing it is a major plus for us! We don't use anything else after trying this prduct! I use these a lot at our youth hockey games! Pucks to the calf, bumps/bruises from checking, etc.. I only use the instant ones for obvious reasons(germs) lol. I recently broke my ankle and was out of work for 2 months. Once I returned to work, the Nexcare Instant Cold Pack was a convenient companion. The cold packs were very easy to use, and they stayed cold for a long time, which provided me with relief from swelling throughout the work day. They were also a perfect size to wrap around my sore ankle. I would certainly recommend this product for anyone needing instant and convenient relief.
