Nice-N-Cool Gel Mat

i eat lunch in my car and it can get pretty hot and i was looking for something that i didnt have to put in the freezer. this feels somewhat cool to the touch but does not cool you off.

Does the job but doesn't cover much. Considering the cost for the bigger ones it was still worth it! I bought 2 and still spent less. Plus with free store pick up it was even a better deal!

The size is great. Just large enough to go under most of my torso. It folds so that is handy to take on a trip. It cools me down when a hot flash hits. Mats like this work best if you lay on them or sit against them - just holding it against myself isn't effective.

This mat is very effective for a sore back, strained muscles or cooling a delirious grandchild with a high fever without the shock of cold! This mat absorbs the body heat while providing relief with the fever, and cools it self again within a short amount of time to be utilized again without putting it in the fridge. I like the fact I can use it on my back without shivering and it provides a relaxing relief. This is my second pad and I bought one for my grandkids to have. This product would have gotten 5 stars but my first one dried up and hardened after the summer. This time instead of a cupboard I'm going to keep it in a cool closet!

I have hot flashes all night, so I bought the mats in hopes of sleeping better and sweating less. I do believe that they are helping. I still experience the hot flashes, but not as severe. The mats are smaller than I thought they would be, but that's O.K. They work as advertised because they draw the heat away from your body into the pad. I purchased two so when one gets hot I switch it out for the other one. By the time I need the replacement the other has cooled back down.
