[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It smells really nice. I tried it on my little one. His hair responds differently to it. It didn't really stretch but he also has a mixture of 3b and 4b hair. My niece's hair stretched and there was no shrinkage. She has 4c hair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stuff! I have curly 3c-4c hair and I've added this as the final step in my L.O.C. Method ( Leave in, Oil, Cream) . It adds moisture but also acts like a light gel and really helps define and hold the curls. It smells great and a little goes a long way. I love that it's sulfate, paraben, dye and cruelty free as well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very interested in seeing how well this product would stretch my curls considering I have the hair type this product is catered toward. I am always looking for a good curl stretching cream so I decided to give this a try. Sadly, I don't think this product did a very good job. I think this product should be meant for a different hair type, such as 3A-3C hair. The consistency of the product is thick but slightly watery. The smell is sweet, but with an underlying chemical smell that bothers me. I tried this on my hair while it was damp and combed it through. My curls did not stretch any more than if I were to use a leave-in conditioner. My hair basically just shrank to its normal curl pattern. I ended up using this product to braid my hair into a protective style instead. This product would work well as a curl definer, not a curl stretcher. I even tried this on my daughter's hair. She has finer hair that could be categorized as 3A curls and the product defined her curls and stretched them slightly. I think this product needs to be a little thicker to do what it promises because it sits on the hair like a light leave-in conditioner. And I think the fragrance should be changed because it can be a little sickly sweet and unpleasant to deal with. This product should probably be rebranded to 3 type hair because a person with legit 4C hair is not going to get the stretch they want. My hair is 4A-4B and this didn't work.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this hair product a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! The packaging is colorful and inviting and the description is excellent. It lets you know exactly what to use it for and how. The cream smells amazing you can just smell the shea butter in it. The texture is creamy and smooth. I used it on damp hair and I worked my way from roots up to my scalp. My curls came out so good! My curls were perfect and the curls didn't fall. I would recommend this product to anyone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did like the stretch factor. I added the cream to my two strand twists and blow-dried. My curls were really nice but I felt they could have been more moisturized and the moisture did not last a long time. Very pleasant scent and not irritating.
