NutriBullet - Pro 900 Watt Personal Blender NB9-0901 - Champagne

This device basically forces itself open while you're using it. Even if it's not overfilled, not even filled to the max line, you can tighten the lid and it still won't guarantee a clean blend, it'll probably still force itself open while blending. This may also cause the gasket to get tangled around the blade too because of course it can't just be a simple issue, it's a piece of garbage made by a mega corporation. Get an immersion blender instead. Better design, better blend, way easier to use.

I've used Superberry Ultimate in a Rocket 900 since 2014 and juicing for 1 meal per day is fairly easy. I notice that compared to other products that are similar, Living Fuel DEFINITELY has a calming effect. A+

Within 3 uses the rubber gasket broke and blended into the smoothie. Dealing with customer service was difficult and I was required to pay the shipping for replacement blade. After all of that, it says my replacement blade was delivered yet nothing has been delivered. Save your money and time and go with a different company!

Bought this in January 2025. This has worked great for 5 months....When all of a sudden, unscrewing the blade assembly from the cup this morning, the inner seal that sits on the bottom of the blade assembly, came off. I called Nutibullet Customer Service and the gentleman was very nice and helpful. He told me that they would send me a new blade assembly. But I had to pay for shipping.... But if I ever needed another one I would have to pay for it. ( I even bought an extended warranty)? And they usually only last six months??? He also said something about the unit.... would not last long... WHAT???? SO I RAN BACK to Walmart today to just return it for a refund...(I thought, gosh, I have an intestinal condition where I can't eat solid food, and I HAVE to have a good blender (especially one that will LAST). but they refused to take it back... or even just give me a store credit to go buy another brand. Realizing I am STUCK with Nutribullet, I called the guy back to finish making the payment for them just to send me a new blade assembly. So when transferred over to an automated take your payment line, after inserting my card number, which I verified, and it verified that it was correct, etc., it popped me over to the nice customer service person again, so he could finish the "transaction." He said that he would escalate this so that someone could complete this replacement for me. No one called. All I gotta say is someone better call me so I can this replacement blade assembly. Also I am dependent on this type of blender, because I have to pulverize most my food!

Works great for morning smoothies, wish the cup had measurements on it and fit into my car cup holder but I guess I can always get a second cup for that. Powerful, super simple to use, easy to clean, checks all the boxes. Have an Vitamix blender and it's giant and heavy and annoying to clean so I wasn't using it daily for this reason. Nutribullet 900w solves all that and I am on a new morning protein smoothie routine that is making my day.
