it is a good quality product, and I have been using it since October and still haven't seen results. I got sick in late November for weeks, and this didn't help at all. my energy has been low, and my hair is looking dull, and I honestly dont think it works. I bought two bottles. I will stick to it until I finish it. Maybe I will change my mind.
