The case was good, then the pop broke and wouldn't fit back after only two weeks. The case doesn't hug the phone but barely floats around it now.

I was expecting it to be more solid. It's relatively light compared to other protective cases. The built in pop socket is nice and I like that it can be changed out, but I feel like I would be scared my phone would break if it were dropped at all. I did like that the lip of the case covered the phone but the case itself seems like it should be a bit harder.

Not up to the normal quality I expect from Otter. I upgrade to the new iPhone every year and typically buy a new Symmetry when I do. Saw they came out with the thinner case and tried it out. The case would not fully encapsulate the phone, leaving a gap around the frame near the speaker. The product was slightly warped upon delivery, likely causing the problem as the tolerances are small. I ended up returning this item and buying a Symmetry, which fit perfectly - although slightly thicker. Would not recommend this product specifically, but Otter is traditionally a great product and the Symmetry is 5 stars.

This is perfect for my teen! She loves the color and the built in pop socket is a huge bonus! She has dropped her phone about 12 times since we put this case on and her phone is still pristine! (Thank goodness!) It is cute, versatile, tough, and just true perfection! We will be purchasing more for all the other phones in the house!
