Philips Energy Therapeutic Light Box

I received this product for free in exchange for my unbiased opinion of it. Pros: Light came fully assembled, ready to use. I admit I was very skeptical of a light that gives you more energy. I was pleasantly surprised. They key to maximizing its potential is determining the time of day you need it most. I would put it on within 10 minutes of waking up for an hour (I work from home). It kept me energized through the morning and into the afternoon with ease, and my mood is definitely more pleasant as well. I recommend trying at different times of the day on different settings until you find what is best for you. I like the brightest setting best. While it is not the sun, it definitely provides the feeling of natural light. There is also an app with tips which was fun to use. Cons: The price of this light would normally deter me from buying it. It WORKS, but with a product like this it is hard to spend that much money using blind faith. So I hope this review helps ease those insecure feelings. I also think that the light is slightly over sized. I would have liked to keep on my desk, but it is too bulky for that. Overall Review: I really enjoy this product and do believe it works well. It is innovative and unlike anything I've really ever used before. I will definitely continue to use it. The app is a bonus that I enjoyed as well. If you can afford it, it is worth the money.

I received a free sample Phillips EnergyLight to try out for a few weeks. The product is really well designed. It's simple, and easy to use. The options for powering on/off and selecting intensity are simple and clear. Setup is easy and doesn't take very long. I love that it's compact and doesn't take up a lot of room. Having the added light during my does seem to work. I generally feel better and more energetic while I'm using the light. I have a very busy workday and have typically had dips in energy during the day, especially in the winter. Having the EnergyLight during the weeks when the days have been short on daylight has been a revelation! By using it, I find that I have more energy overall and I don't drag in the middle of the day. The Philips Natural Energy white light therapy was great. I received a free sample to review. It's super easy to navigate and the buttons were very receptive. The light can be turned up or down as far as brightness by 10 increments. The size is super convenient to carry around your house as long as you have a electric port to plug it in. I received a free sample of the Philips Natural Energy White Light Therapy light to test for this review. While skeptical of the benefits to start, I was especially impressed with the amount of energy I had especially in through the 3 pm afternoon slump, and how easy it was to get up in the morning (on time without an alarm) at 6:30 am. The controls for the light are minimal and simple to use and I thought the the light up timer bar was very useful. The light is large, like standing a laptop on its side, but is overall light weight and sturdy. Overall I was very impressed and would consider this light a great effective option.
