PMD Kiss Lip Plumping System, Pink

I received the product and the first thing I noticed was the SIZE of the lip plumping “serum”. I was super excited to try this kit, I saved then I splurged. As I have with many of your products. Once I recieved, I was immediately disappointed that with as EXPENSIVE as this lip plumping kit is that it only came with a trial size lip plumper serum at best. What is worse than the size is the texture of the tiny little baby sized serum. I'm not sure if your serum goes “bad” and I have been sent something expired or if this formulation was intentional.. That said, what I received was NOT like a serum in any sense of the word. It was like gritty sandpaper in a tube. It did not glide on at all! It did possibly do a little plumping but I'm not sure if it was just my lips reaction to the irritation of the harsh texture as I was essentially scrubbing it on in order to apply it or some ingredient that actually facilitates plumping. If this is the intentional design, it needs to be re-marketed as a lip scrub definitely NOT a wear alone serum. It goes in gritty and stays gritty. The grit never absorbed so it had to eventually be wiped off. Sadly, I was most excited to use this “serum” stuff since many of your ads talk about it being good on it's own for daily use when you want to just have a little plump and go and don't have time to do the whole machine routine. My completely sealed kit was also missing the exfoliator piece. It says that it is included but I only received the device, 2 pink attachments for plumping, a cord, 2 lip masks which I have yet to use, and the baby tiny sandpaper serum. No white attachment. I mention sealed kit bc it was not second hand, borrowed from a friend and not a return. This was a PMD quality issue. For the price of this product, I again want to reiterate that quality and quantity should be considered. A misrepresented sample size lip plumper “serum” and missing pieces is unacceptable. I love so many products your brand offers and own several products despite the rather crazy high price point compared to other products on the market. But when I spend a high price… I should expect a quality item and not to be insulted with missing pieces and tiny samples. I hope you make this right. I thought PMD was so much better than this. I really hope my box is just a fluke and others are not disappointed like this. I certainly don't feel like a valued customer.

I've used it just once so far. It is powerful.. with a lot of suction. It felt good and I was happy to give my lips attention. For me, my lips felt sore for a day or two afterwards. Possibly they are not used to the attention. I will definitely use it more often and get to know the site also.

I wanted to wait to write this review until I've used the system for several weeks, as directed. First of all, I should say that I've tried numerous PMD products and have loved all of them! I love the cleanser, the microdermabrasion, the skincare, etc. However, this didn't impress me. The machine itself is easy to use and holds a charge really well. I do like that it came with a small and large lip size attachment, the exfoliator, and the serum. It did NOT coming with a charging block, which I thought was weird, but I just went and bought an extra one. The serum is nice and is probably my favorite part. I think it does whatever “plumping” it's going to do on its own. The exfoliator is not my favorite and it's hard to clean if there is anything at all on your lips when you use it…brushing my lips with my toothbrush does a better job. The lip masks were a joke honestly…I didn't notice any difference after using them. The machine itself does very slightly plump your lips, but it's temporary and barely noticeable. If you happen to use the machine outside of your lips (like along the edge), your skin will turn pink and it's not cute (at least if you're light skinned, this happens). I don't have fine lines or wrinkles, so I'm not sure how well it combats them, but if you're getting it for the limp plumping effect, I'd save your money. Giving it a 4 stars because it does come with a lot of attachments and the serum, is easy to use, and does plump a tiny bit. If you're expecting Angelina Jolie lips, then search elsewhere! However, the other PMD devices are well worth the money!!

So, I'm here purchasing replacement discs for my super awesome Microderm, which I LOVE by the way and noticed this fascinating little contraption. Upon reading over all of the product details, I ALWAYS read through the reviews because I'm also an honest reviewer of products. Now I just had to write this tid bit to thank all of the great women who take time out of their day to share their experience with other consumers and give honest feedback. HUGE PROPS to PMD for also taking the time to graciously respond back to every single reviewer and thank them. Wow, I mean, just WOW. Okay, I'm convinced! I'm buying this product right now and cannot wait to use it. I have a small mouth and very thin lips:neutral_face: the only good side is that my lips have great color to them but DEFINITELY could use some plumping ?? I'm confident that I'll be back to change that 4 star to a 5!!!

Love this device. I have been using it daily for almost 3 months and have really seen a difference. My lips are plumper, have a nce color and are very smooth. I use it every morning and sometimes in the evening before bed. It only takes a few minutes to have better lips. Definitely worth it.
